Company overview
Dongfang Lianhang Technology Co., Ltd., backed by a strategic investment from Hainan Huatie (stock code: 603300), is a core part of Hainan Huatie Lianhang’s integrated new-energy smart-yacht ecosystem project. Located in the Lingang Economic Zone of Dongfang, Hainan, the company is developing a modern industrial hub combining intelligent shipbuilding, new-energy yacht R&D and comprehensive homeport services.
Dongfang Lianhang integrates new-energy propulsion, intelligent navigation and smart cabins into its products to advance greener, smarter shipbuilding. Its supply and service model combines a global network with local operations: precision manufacturing of core components at the Dongfang base in Hainan, followed by regional assembly, delivery and local after-sales maintenance.
Looking ahead, the company aims to become a global leader in new-energy shipbuilding and smart-mobility ecosystems, using technological innovation to support green shipping and the development of the marine economy.

Founder
Oversees overall company operations
A serial entrepreneur in asset securitization and an alumnus of the Unicorn Accelerator at Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business. He brings deep expertise in capital operations and resource integration, and has helped multiple companies complete asset securitization projects.
Co-founder
Leads product manufacturing and marketing
PhD from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya in Spain and former CEO of Zhonghai Electric. He held mid- and senior-level management positions at listed companies in China and abroad — including Mercedes-Benz, Ford, Guanghui Auto, Autohome and Sina — covering product R&D, smart manufacturing and marketing. He serves as Secretary-General of the New Energy Committee of the ACFIC Auto Dealers Chamber.

Leads investment, financing and external partnerships
He holds a fund practitioner qualification and an EMBA in Finance from Tsinghua University, and completed the first cohort of the Mingdao Gobi program at Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business. Covering the full fund cycle of fundraising, investing, management and exit, he maintains deep partnerships with yacht clubs and marinas in Hainan, Shenzhen, Singapore and beyond.
Senior Partner
Leads investment and financing and manages government relations
He holds an MBA from Asia Metropolitan University (AMU) and serves as General Manager of Ausin Group's Southeast Asia region. Former fund manager for the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Finance's mother fund and for local government industry guidance funds, he has managed over RMB 4 billion focused on semiconductors and new energy. An investment-promotion advisor to multiple local governments, he has extensive experience in government-business industry integration.
Senior Partner
Leads global brand strategy, public relations and government affairs coordination
He has 15 years of experience in brand planning, marketing, public relations and government relations, with a holistic view spanning European, American and Asian markets. He has served renowned brands including Apple, Alibaba, Wanda, Disney and the Louvre, leading nearly a hundred brand strategy and go-to-market campaigns. Committed to building long-term brand value in the market, he is a firm advocate of brand, culture and sustainable creativity.
Senior Partner / Design Director
Leads the yacht manufacturing division
His work “SEAMORPHINE” won the Gold Award for Best Yacht Design at the 2021 Beijing International Boat Show (CIBS). A seasoned professional yacht designer in China, he has overseen the construction of more than 200 yachts, combining international design standards with the ability to deliver locally.
Head of Technology
Leads the project's technical build-out, management and maintenance
Recommended for direct admission to Beihang University (Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics), he previously worked at Northwestern Polytechnical University. Long engaged in intelligent systems development and research management, he has led the platform's overall architecture design, the blockchain rights-confirmation mechanism and the booking-and-dispatch system.
Head of Marine Operations & Management
Leads yacht-related training and management
A former navy serviceman, MTA member of the Tropical Ocean College, representative of the co-construction partner of the college's International Yacht Industry School and founder of the Mei'an Yacht Training School. Named an “Outstanding Yacht Professional” by the Hainan Cruise & Yacht Industry Association in 2020, he brings 15 years in the sector covering policies and regulations, marine operations training, marina management and club operations.
